Host a Pencil/Paper Exam

The IBSC offers onsite testing for Programs/Agencies/Institutions who are interested in hosting a paper/pencil exam adminstration. Fill out the Agreement Form and the Exam Site Application Form below and submit to the IBSC Office.

Requirements

Domestic Hosts - (USA & Canada)

  • 10 Candidate minimum.
  • $1,750 deposit that can be applied to examination fees.
  • $750 Proctor Fee.
  • Submit applicable paperwork to the IBSC office at least 60 days prior to requested testing date.

International Hosts - (Worldwide)

  • Provide classroom space for exam candidates that is quiet, comfortable and free from distractions. 
  • Establish a liaison with IBSC staff to ensure success of the testing site.
  • Pay proctor travel costs - see details in International Exam Host Agreement.
  • Financially guarantee prepayment of $2,750.00 USD that can be applied to examination fees.
  • Submit applicable paperwork to the IBSC office at least 60 days prior to requested testing date.

Process

Step 1:

Step 2: 

(Onsite Exams Only)

Agreements must be submitted at least 45 days prior to proposed exam administration date.

Step 3: 

(Onsite and Computer-based (CBT) Exams)

There are 2 ways to make a payment for your onsite exams. Either way you need to submit payment and candidate spreadsheet at least 3 weeks prior to the exam date.

1. Purchase bulk exams in the IBSC Store. After payment is received for the exams, you will receive a candidate spreadsheet that needs to be completed and returned to the IBSC office. Each candidate listed on the spreadsheet will then receive an email with instructions for setting up an online account and applying for their exam using a unique voucher number. Confirmations will be emailed a week before the exam date. Registration deadlines apply.

2. If you would like to be Invoiced, fill out and submit an Exam Purchase Order. An Invoice will be emailed to you, which you can pay by check or make payment directly from the Invoice by credit card or EFT. You will also need to fill out and submit a Candidate Spreadsheet. Each candidate listed on the spreadsheet will then receive an email with instructions for setting up an online account and applying for their exam using a unique voucher number. Confirmations will be emailed a week before the exam date. Registration deadlines apply.
